1. Bookings
A booking becomes confirmed once payment has been received and Lincoln Swiss Tours has sent a booking confirmation.
By confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our Tours
Lincoln Swiss Tours offers private tours, guided experiences and day trips in Switzerland.
Each booking confirmation will specify the agreed itinerary, duration, meeting point, inclusions and price.
Itineraries may occasionally need to be adjusted due to weather, transportation schedules, local conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF), unless otherwise stated.
The total price and payment terms will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.
Any additional services requested after confirmation may incur additional charges.
4. Meeting Points & Punctuality
Guests are responsible for arriving at the agreed meeting point at the scheduled time.
If you are delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.
A late arrival may reduce the time available for the tour, and the tour will generally finish at the originally agreed time.
A guest who does not arrive and cannot be contacted may be considered a no-show.
5. Personal Responsibility
Guests are responsible for following reasonable instructions from their guide and for taking appropriate care of themselves and their personal belongings during the tour.
For outdoor experiences, guests should wear suitable clothing and footwear and consider the weather and nature of the activity.
6. Transportation & Third-Party Services
Some tours may involve trains, boats, cable cars, public transportation, restaurants, attractions or other services operated by independent companies.
These services may have their own schedules, rules, prices and cancellation conditions.
Lincoln Swiss Tours cannot guarantee the operation of services controlled by third parties.
When possible, we will assist guests in finding an appropriate alternative.
7. Weather & Unexpected Circumstances
Switzerland’s weather and local conditions can change quickly.
If conditions make an experience unsafe or impractical, Lincoln Swiss Tours may modify the itinerary, change the activity or propose an alternative date.
We may also need to make changes because of transportation disruptions, closures, strikes, government measures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Insurance
Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel, medical and cancellation insurance.
We recommend appropriate travel insurance, particularly for activities involving transportation, outdoor environments or non-refundable bookings.
9. Liability
Lincoln Swiss Tours will provide its services with reasonable care.
However, we cannot be responsible for events or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, third-party service providers, delays, cancellations, personal negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under Swiss law.
10. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and up to date.
Images, descriptions, itineraries and other information are intended to provide an overview of our experiences and may occasionally change.
The details confirmed with your booking will take priority over general website information.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Swiss law.
